 Reserved and non-reserved monthly parking is available for frequent users at the Port Lawrence, Superior Street, and Vistula parking facilities on a pay-by-month basis.
"How To" . . Apply for Monthly Parking
Select the facility closest to your destination. Complete an application from our web site or you may receive an application by calling 419-242-7515 or by visiting the ParkSmart Service and Information Center, 227 North St. Clair Street, Toledo, OH 43604.
Click on the garage of your choice, Port Lawrence, Superior, or Vistula (pdf format), to print an application for monthly parking.
Mail or drop off this application with your check to the Service and Information Center. Once your application is processed, you may either pickup your access KeyCard personally at the ParkSmart Service and Information Center or a ParkSmart representative will deliver it to your place of employment.

Direct Debit is easy and convenient. The ParkSmart Center representative will gladly assist you with processing an enrollment application.
