PAY FINES ONLINE

The Toledo Parking Violation Bureau have begun to institute the DETER - Drivers with Excessive Tickets Excluded from Registration program. Motorists with outstanding parking tickets in Toledo have to pay their outstanding fines or risk having their vehicle registration blocked.  The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be automatically notified of parking violators who have three or more tickets more than 30 days overdue. The BMV will then place a block on registration renewals and transfers and duplicate titles. The Toledo Parking Violation Authority will issue the violations and amounts listed below.

DETER program - even though the DETER program will only list three (3) outstanding tickets, all outstanding tickets will have to be paid to have the registration block removed.  Click Here to send a form to request a list of all outstanding tickets.  Please note that if you are paying online and require a release, verification of payment to release from DETER is available only through the Parksmart-Downtown Toledo Parking Violations Bureau.
